Acceptance of terms

MyParentingClass.com Terms and Conditions are designed to protect all users of the website, including those enrolling in online parenting classes. They (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your access to, and participation in, the MyParentingClass.com online parenting courses (“Course”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in a Course.

  

By enrolling in a Course, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the Terms and Conditions set forth below, you must not enroll in the Course.

Participants Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to use MyParentingClass.com or register for an online parenting class. Exceptions are made for teenagers and individuals over 14-year-old who wish to participate in a teen parenting class and have parental consent. 

  

If you register on behalf of another person, you certify that they are over 18 and accept full responsibility for their enrollment, including payment of any fees associated with the class.

Description of Services

MyParentingClass.com provides online courses which aim to assist you in improving your parenting skills through education and patience and to build a strong bond with your child. The Course includes education material, techniques and activities, practical exercises, case studies, real-life scenarios and brief quizzes.

Personal Use Limitation

The Course is for personal use only and must not be used to provide services, information or advice to any third party.

Software Use

Software used as part of the Course is licensed solely to you for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use or modification of the software is strictly prohibited and may be subject to civil and criminal penalties, including possible monetary damages.

Changes To Terms & Conditions

MyParentingClass.com reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting on the MyParentingClass.com website. By continuing to use the Course after such changes are posted, you agree to comply with, and be legally bound by, those Terms and Conditions as changed.

Privacy and Personal Data

By enrolling in a Course, you are consenting to have your personal data used as set out in the Terms and Conditions and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account, Password and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure, as well as for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify MyParentingClass.com immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. MyParentingClass.com is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Unlawful or Prohibited Use

You are prohibited from using the Course for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You must not use the Course to transmit or otherwise communicate any material that is defamatory, offensive or otherwise in breach of any applicable law or regulation.

Technical Regulations

MyParentingClass.com is not responsible for any technical issues on the customer end. The term 'technical issues' encompasses the fundamental knowledge required to operate a computer, tablet, or mobile device, as well as the compatibility of your computer, tablet, or mobile device, network connectivity, and the utilization of any essential software applications or programs.

    

You must ensure that your computer and network comply with the minimum technical requirements necessary for you to use the Course. You agree not to interfere or disrupt networks connected to the Course.

Participant Account Disclosures

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register for the Course. You further agree that MyParentingClass.com may store and use this information in accordance with its Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

  

MyParentingClass.com reserves the right to contact you regarding your training. Your acceptance of the current disclosure authorizes us to contact you via phone calls, text messages, and emails. 

  

Your privacy is our top consideration. All information shared verbally, electronically, and in writing between MyParentingClass.com and the client (You) will be governed by legal and ethical considerations. We will take precautions to ensure that information is disclosed only to those with a legitimate need to know.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

MyParentingClass.com does not guarantee that you will achieve any specific results from using the Course, and you are solely responsible for your actions in connection with the Course. MyParentingClass.com disclaims all liability for any claims or damages that may result from use of the Course.

Refunds & Cancellations

Neither refunds, nor cancellations are accepted once payment has been made. Cancellation requests are permitted only in  case that some of the official documents that MyParentingClass.com provides to its clients are rejected by the institution that requested it due to non-compliance with the form requirement (non-acceptance of distance learning).

  

Neither refunds, nor cancellations can be made in cases where the student has not complied with the prescriptions for course length, type of program (weekly/hourly) or nature of the course.

  

However, in order to request a refund due to institution denial, the participant must provide a written and signed proof of denial within 10 business days of receiving it.
